Custom Edit Sub Step UI

Hi Ppl,

I'm creating a custom step type. I have a edit sub step, which has to get inputs from the user and set to to the step properties . I'm currently using a LabVIEW module for the edit sub step. So in my edit tab of the step I get a button which pops up the VI. Can we customize the edit tab instead of having to pop up the VI. When I checked the NI types, they are using a C++ DLL which has methods for each NI type edit sub step step built in to it.  It would have been great if the LabVIEW VI's front panel was show in the Tab (like a sub panel) . Any help ?

It is not possible to create a custom edit panel for your step types.  This is something we would eventually like to support but is not available at the present time.
