DLL problem with UIR called in Teststand

  A dll with UIR is called in Teststand by DLL Adapter. When being executed, this DLL related step will pop up an UIR. The problem I'm facing is I can do it for the first time, however, when I try to execute again (not exit Teststand), it will not pop up UIR. I think this problem could be as small as I could be, however, I'm defeated by it since I can not find what's wrong with my code. I appreciate somebody could get me out of it. The source codes are attached.

Have you tried debugging your dll?

You can do this by setting the SeqEditor.exe as the Select External Process.. in CVI.

Yes, I have tried that. However, there's same problem,even I debugged it step by step, I still can not find out its root cause.
