Deploy Labview VI's of different directory

I am creating a TestStand application that uses LabVIEW vi's. For revision control reasons this is done on a system S: drive in Windows 2000. When I deploy it will be to a computer where everything is on the C: drive and will be under different directory names. How can I get TestStand to find the vis and LabVIEW to find the sub vis?
Thanks,
Charles

I know RTF(antastic)M. I found the answer http://zone.ni.com/devzone/conceptd.nsf/webmain/9ED7F73DBD76625A86256906006AD1DE?opendocument&node=dz00000_us
rather simple. Create the search directories.
