I was trying to build a deployment and afterwards found out the target didn't have Max. So I started another build and checked Max and the 488 files under Installer Options > Drivers and Components... . It asked me for a Driver disk dated November 2009, which I don't have but I had a 4Q 2009 which it did not like. So I buckled under and spent the afternoon updating to Developer Suite 2010 and putting in the recommended LV patches. I rebooted this morning after all the temp files had finally been deleted and tried my build again. I am using a .tsd file that was previously built under DS 2009. Again I am prompted for the Nov 2009 disk.
Can I salvage this .tsd or do I need to make a clean one from scratch?
Thanks,
jvh

Hi jvh,
What's the exact message that you are seeing. The November 2009 disk is the same as the Q4 2009 disk so i'm not sure why that's not being accepted. What's the exact error message it throws when you point it to the November 2009 Driver CD?

From the prompt asking you for the November 2009 disk you should be able to tell which components require the disk. After you know the components in the TestStand Deployment Utility you can go to Installer Options > Drivers and Components and select the component that is missing and you can choose the Installer Source Location to the right.
In case you do not have the installer or if the Dev Suite DVD still does not work, NI can provide you with the installers required.
