Description and connector pane don't show up in Edit LabVIEW VI Call

The icon and description are not visible until I begin clicking on values in the parameter table. I have to open the VI and look at the connector pane so that I can remember all of the inputs/outputs. I've seen this on several PC's with different configurations. Is this a bug?

My understanding is that this is a known problem in TestStand 3.0 when opening the Specify Module dialog through the Step Properties dialog box. The problem is due to drawing the group box when using XP themes. To work around this problem, you should be able to open the Specify Module dialog directly using the context menu for the step in the Sequence window. You can also turn off XP themes or use Windows 2000. This should be fixed in a future release.
