The DL CD installs two simulation Drivers (SimulTra that simulates transducers and can be used to learn how to use SMAO and SimulBit that simulates I/O and can be used to learn the usage of SMIOO.
In order to use them you have to configure them using the installed "Driver Programmer" tool and following the installed PDF documentation.
To use SMAO and SMIOO inside LabView please make use of the ActiveX Automation interface to communicate with SMAO and SMIOO following the examples and making the same method calls described in the examples (the HTML one are a good starting point).
To read the GagePod hw instead of the simulated drivers you have to install a separated CD with the "GagePod driver" that you can request to your Marposs contacts that gave you the DL and the GagePod hardware.
