You can certainly disable the report
feature on a deployment machine. The
easiest way would be to first disable the report generation from
Configure>>Report Options. Next,
you'll need prohibit other users from having access to this property. To do this, open up the user manager dialog
(CTRL+U) in the sequence editor. Under
your users (or user groups), you can find the property under
Privileges.Configure.ConfigReport. By
setting this value to false, the user would not be allowed to reconfigure the
report options, and would thus be unable to enable the report generation
feature in the future. Consult chapter 14 of the TestStand reference manual to make sure that the users you create are distributed with your deployment.
