Error 7 on deploy build

I am trying to do a deployment build in Teststand 3.1.
Whatever I try to build I get error log:
Could not process LabVIEW VIs. Fix any broken VIs before rebuilding. LabVIEW error:
Invoke Node in TestStand - Dist Cmp Settings to Disk Hier.vi->TestStand - Build VI Distribution.vi->TestStand - Build VI Distribution AX Wrapper.vi->TestStand - Build VI Distribution AX Wrapper.vi.ProxyCaller

There are no broken VIs in what i am trying to build. The file TestStand - Dist Cmp Settings to Disk Hier.vi is a Teststand VI.

I have reinstalled the Teststand components from the install disk but still get the same error.
Any ideas?
