Error Code -17500 coming from TSUI.Command

Hello, 

after change of the TestStand to newer version (2019) we are getting this Error Code -17500 coming from TSUI.Command.  

Is anybody able to say what this could be caused by and how to catch this error before application crush ?

Did you root cause this we are also not seeing this error and are lost to why its occurring.
