Error Code -17502 when clicking Specify Module button in my OI

I got pulled off on something else so I haven't been able to focus on this issue lately. I haven't come up with something I can send you to reproduce the problem yet.

However, while trying to adding in some other controls to the toolbox on Visual Studio 2010 that are completely unrelated to this or TestSand, I got an error message as Visual Studio was populating it's list of available controls. See the attachment. I thought it might be related to this issue.

Any ideas on what libraries it's missing?

You don't need that DLL. It shouldn't be what is causing the problem. A corrective action report has been filed regarding removing that DLL.

Also, we need some sample code that can reproduce this on our end. If you could please provide us with something, it will be really helpful with troubleshooting this problem.
