Error message when Specify Module is selected

When "Specify Module" is selected for step using .NET adapter I got the following error message:

 

.NET Error:

Could not load file or assembly 'mscorcfg, version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

What version of TestStand? Is the step you select specified to call something? What happens if you insert and select a new .NET step?
