Hello, I also meet the same issue. But I just use Python not Anaconda. My TestStand version is 2017 32bit and python version is 3.9.0 32bit. When I want to use python to control CANoe project , this error happened. And I found so many way to solve this issue, all can't work. I don't know if you have other good ways to deal with this issue. Thanks~
