I downloaded the evaluation edition of NI Teststand.
After download (462MB) and installation as administrator I rebooted the PC.
If I try to start the application from Start Menu: National Instruments TestStand SP1
application fails to start and shows error dialog:

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {B2794EF6-C0B6-11D0-939C-0020AF68E893}
failed due to the following error: 80040154.
[OK]
After clicking OK the application exits.
Environment: Lenovo T510 Core i7 CPU M620 4GB of RAM.
Operating system: Windows XP Professional SP3
