FrontEndCallbacks.seq is EMPTY in TS2024

As the post title states, the file FrontEncCallbacks.seq exists but it has no LoginLogout sequence!  I went to look here because i want to customise it.  Also,  I have a strange error when my new teststand UI (written in LV2023Q1 x64) which often but not always throws an error at IApplicationMgr.Shutdown that i have not seen before, a single dialog showing 'Operation Aborted  -2147467259 '.  As the front end callback is probably called at this point i wonder if it is relevant?    Could this be related to how TestStand now only shows the login window if multiple users are created?

This is the error i get from Teststand randomly when i close my UI. I have never seen this before, i am using the same UI that I have used before many times. The difference is I was using 32 bit LV 2018 and Teststand 2019 and now I am using LV2023 and TS2024
