Generating a tdm file after executing a sequence

I'm using Teststand 3.5 to do some automated testing that includes resistance, voltage, and waveform measurements. I would like to be able to generate a tdm file containing this data after the sequence executes for use in Diadem. Are there any good tutorials or application notes regarding this?

TestStand has the capability of generating an ATML report document.

You can use the data plugin located in the following address to open and analyze the report document in Diadem.
