How to Diff (compare) two sequences in the same file?

Hi,

I cannot seem to find out how to compare two sequences in the same sequence file?

Apart from copying the two sequences into different files, is it possible to do a diff on different sequences in the same file?

If it not possible I heartily recommend this as an enhancement for the future.

Hi,

The difference Tool compares two Sequence Files, not Sequences. So you would have to generate another file with the Sequence rename to match the one you wish to come it with.
