How to open direct a vi thats inside of a llb?

Hallo,

when you download a instruments driver from ni website it is always in a *.llb-file.

If i now want to call for example "Initialize.vi" as teststep do i then need to create a custom vi that calls the vi from the llb OR can i direct open the vi in the llb?

Hi OnlyOne,

You do not need to create any additional VIs for that, after selecting an LLB file in the Step Settings window the Select a VI dialogue will pop up. There you will be able to select VI you want to execute.
