How to save teststand in windows 7 (Access denied)

Hello,

i have teststand 2010 installed on a windows 7 computer where i am logged in as administrator.

When closing teststand i get a message of modified files (see screenshot).

When i click on save then it says access denied...

What do i have to do now?

Yeah Windows 7 has changed everything so to accomodate TestStand now recommends that you put any modified files in the user space. C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\TestStand 2010\etc...

TestStand will look there first and then in the normal TestStand folder. 

Kind of a pain but it's a security thing for Windows.  Also, it's better for customized files anyway to go in the public space.

Why did your type palette files get modified, that should not normally happen?
