How to save the test report file which is saved with .xml at Excel 2016?

I'm using NI TestStand 2014 and I saved a test result with ATML 5.00 standards report.

When I use Excel 2010 , I could open the file without any limitation, however after upgrade to Excel 2016 it's opened with protected view and I can't edit and save.

Have you experienced this kind of problem with Excel 2016?

There's no problem to open the file at Excel 2016 because I already modified registry according to NI forum.

I turned off Protected view, however it opened with Protected view again.

I tried to refer to your recommended link but it's blocked by company's security wall.

Finally I found another solution to resolve this problem that I can set the folder which has the test report files as a 'Trusted Location' in Trust center of Excel.
