I reported a bug, can i track its progress?

A while back I had an issue with TestStand/LabiVIEW integration. After talking to support they said that it was a bug and gave me a Corrective Action Request (CAR) number.
I was curious if i view the progress of my request? or perhaps be notified if its ( confirmed / rejected / escalated / fixed). 

 

In my case the CAR was 415334. I did a few searches and I can't seem to find any tracking system available to the general public. Perhaps I am not looking in the right place.

Hey Taylor_H,

 

The best way to get updates on these requests is look at the release notes for each release or patch and check the known issues/fixed bugs. These can be found on our website. For an examples, here is the list for TestStand 2012 and 2012 SP1 fixes http://www.ni.com/white-paper/14361/en/ . You can also occasionally check in with support to find the status of the request as well. R+D knows about this bug and is looking into it. Thank you for reporting it.
