So, this is odd. Why would that DLL be stored under TestStand/Bin/<vi.lib>?

@DavideBrus, does that path exist on your deployment system?

Also, could you add the following token to your LabVIEW.ini file, restart LabVIEW, and re-build the PPL? It will generate a detailed build log and store it in the same location as your project.
