LabVIEW user interface using TestStand throws multiple errors
Hello,
I am using TestStand 2016 and LabVIEW 2017. I have a LabVIEW interface that runs TestStand sequences. It is the same program mentioned in the following thread that includes some screenshots.
It used to work fine. Then, suddenly I see the problems listed below.
Although ReloadFile_All is chosen for ReloadSequenceFilesOnStart, the program just opens an empty 'Sequence File #' when it starts. The previously open files are all still in the same folder untouched.
As shown above, Templates and Variables are not loaded.
Opening a sequence works file. I can run Single Pass with no problem, too. However, if I click any step in the sequence, the program immediately closes and I get the following error.
If I click any sequence (other than the currently selected one) in the Sequence list, I get a combination of the following error popups.
It seems there is one root cause for all these symptoms.
Any tips will be appreciated.
I tried repairing TestStand 2016. The program works better but two TS controls still do not work. The entire Insertion Palette (not just Templates now) and Variables View turn into blank after throwing the following errors when the program initializes.
The errors come from the Invoke nodes ConnectVariables and ConnectInsertionPalette shown below, while the other invoke nodes work fine. If I disable the nodes, I don't get the errors.
