License Manager Hangs

Hi

My NI License Manager(21.0.0.228) does not boot, gets stuck at the green startup screen.

I have tried reinstalling but that does not work as it is already installed. How can I resolve this without uninstalling multiple packages.

Resolved.

Deleted all files in C:\ProgramData\National Instruments\License Manager

I had the same problem, and solved it using this method as well.
