License Manager problem

Hi, I installed on a PXI some weeks ago LabVIEW 7.0 and TestStand 3.0. At the of TS operation I saved a file that I sent to license@ni.com to receive my TS activation code. I did it and it worked perfect. Last week I made a modification on the computer, just disable the TCP/IP operations. Since that moment, everytime I started TS it appeared the message that said that I had to activate it. I deinstalled it and installed again and I also sent the email to NI and I've received today this code. It's the same code as first time and after entering, testStand says that this is not a valid code. Any idea to solve this problem?
Thanks,

Angel

The activation process uses the computers MAC address to enable TS. When you disabled TCP/IP, you may have disabled the entire network card. This would cause the checkout to fail when you launch TS because it could not get the MAC address of the disabled Ethernet card. With the Ethernet card disabled, generate a new computer ID and use it to get a new activation code. If this doesn't work, Tech Support will be glad to help with this issue.
