Manipulate 2D array in TestStand

I am having a problem manipulating this 2D array within TestStand, does TestStand support 2D array manipulation?

I am able to add array elements to all of the other arrays within the VI but they are all 1D arrays and the only 2D array I have has no ability to add an element.
