NI-5421 Knock off capacitors

Dear NI Community,

I have been using an NI-5421 for years and years and now I am finding out that some capacitors (202 and C203) have been knock off. Is it possible to have a schematic diagram or a Bill of Material to identify these capacitors? See attached picture.
