NI PCI 6229 with Matlab 2007b on Windows 7

I have a NI PCI 6229 DAQ card with all accompanying software updated. My current OS is Windows 7. I have installed Matlab 2007b on my computer and it works fine as long as it is not trying to communicate with our DAQ card. As soon as a script is run that tries to access the card, an error occurs. We have ran this script successfully with the card's old software in Windows XP. Also, Labview DAQ currently works fine. I am wondering if this card is no longer compatible with Matlab 2007b because we have updated the software to work with windows 7.

I'd also recommend providing a driver version and a bit more detail on the error you are seeing, such as a screenshot or error code.
