I am trying to learn how to use the NI STS system. I recently upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and have reinstalled everything. I've installed TestStand 2017 SP1, LabVIEW 18.0, and Semiconductor Test Module 2017. I am trying to run a sequence developed on my old machine. When I try to run, I get the following:
Error Detail: The type library information for 'NI TestStand 2016 Semiconductor Module Application API' was not found. Ensure that the server is registered on the computer.
Error Code -18351; An error occurred reading an ActiveX Automation server type library.
Based on the above error, it seems clear that TestStand is attempting to load version 2016 of the TSM while I have 2017 loaded.
Where is this information on the proper version of TSM located in TestStand?
