Need Assistance with COTI File for USB-8501

Hi everyone,

I have a USB-8501 device, and I’m trying to use it with the CANopen Conformance Test Tool from CiA. During the installation of the tool, I noticed an option to install the National Instruments COTI interface. However, after selecting this option, the COTI does not seem to work properly with my setup.

Could someone please guide me on where I can find the correct COTI file or provide any steps for properly configuring it to work with the USB-8501? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

USB-8501 is a NI-XNET device. It only supports CAN but not CANopen. ​Although CANopen is built on the CAN physical layer and it is technically possible to use a XNET module for CANopen communication but no one has done that.
