I am a developper using TestStand and LabWindows/CVI, and at moment I am Developping a Visual Test system to inspect LEDs in Remote Controls.
Nevertheless I have the folowing problem:
I have used NI functions to define a Region of Interest (ROI) in an Aquired Image. This roi is saved in memory while TestStand is Open. If TestStand is Closed, the ROI info is lost, meaning that I need to define a ROI each time I start my TestStand Project.
We know that is possible to pass Numbers, strings between CVI and TestStand. Also is possible to pass known defined structs. But as I have used NI functions from IMAQ Vision Builder to CVI, there is a ROI struct that I have not any info regarding its fields because it was defined by National Instruments.
Is is possible to pass this unknown struct from CVI to TestStand?
Please Help me, because is missing only this part to finish my Project.
