Programattically get Sequence Hierarchy graph

Hi all,

I was looking for a method of retrieving the Sequence Hierarchy in a similar way to the right click button of the same name. I couldn't see anything in the TS API ref poster but might of missed it.

Does anyone know a method of doing this? I could go through programmatically and map it myself but the function is already in TS so don't want to reinvent the wheel if there is access to it.
