Step Status: Skipped. File not found. for UpdateVICallsApp.exe

Hi 
I am trying to update VI calls using UpdateVICallsApp.exe, In my workplace I having a relative path to all LabVIEW Vi's so when i am calling updateVICallsApp.exe for my workplace it gives status as skipped, File not found,

can you please suggest to me how to use exe for a relative path, 

Note: When I update VI call from TestStand for the same workplace it works perfectly
