TS removes properties in Users.ini after update

Hello,
i used to work with TS 3.1 and added there to my users.ini-file some properties.
Now i installed TS 3.5 and replaced the 3.5-cfg-directory with the old 3.1-cfg-directory.
Everything works fine after this.

But then i changed a property from True to False in my user-manager (users.ini) so that TS inidicates a change of the file and wants to save it.
I get the popup:
"Message to Developer: The following types are marked as NI typed, and therefor their versions were automatically bumbed up to 3.5.0. The
Minimum TestStand Version was also bumbed up to 3.5.0.0
Users"

This would be no problem, but a problem is, that after the "bumping up" all my manually-added properties in the users.ini-file are lost!

What can i do that this does not happen?
For a workaround i just copied them again to the 3.5-users.ini-file which works fine now, but this cant be the normal way that TS removes my properties without saying someting.

Thanks for your help

Hi,

you can try setting the Station Options | Preferences, 'Before Saving Modified Types' to Do not Incement Types Version.

Or

You can manually edit your file so that it has 3.5.0.0

We no longer create new versions of the permissions.  In addition, we recommend you use a container called "Custom" to contain all custom privileges.  This is done automatically in TestStand 4.0.
