TSAPI -17709 error

I have newly installed the versions of TS and CVI from the latest batch of CD's. When I try to call a function from a CVI static LIB, I get this error complaining about a bunch of unresolves in the file.

I have not had this problem on previous installs so I'm confused as to what happened. I did chnage the install order to install TS last and CVI earlier.

Any ideas?

Hello rjmiller,

I think that I may need some more information from you in order to solve your problem. First, I am assuming that you are using TestStand 3.1 and CVI 7.1, am I correct with this assumption? Second, I would like a little more information on when you are getting this message. Are you getting it when you call any function in any CVI LIB or is it in some cases and not others? Third, I was wondering if it would be possible for you to attach a screen shot of the message that you are getting to this page. I am assuming that you are talking about error -17709, but I would like to clarify that. If you could answer these questions for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks Keven, I was running TS 3.1 and CVI 7.1. I ended up going back to 3.0 and 7.0 and upgrading to 3.1 & 7.0. I also chnaged the install order having TS 1st rather than last. This has fixed the problem. Sorry, I can't get the screen captures.
