I have an ATE application in TestStand 2020 and LabView 2021 that will only work successfully for certain 2 Windows 10 PC users,
all other users will get a response "Failed to load a required steps associated module [Error Code: -17600]" when test sequence
is executed in deployed or runtime environment with activated Deployed License.
All users are using the default login "Administrator" in TestStand.
I have verified that all these users belongs to the same system authentication group and have same privilege access (all are non admin)
in this Windows 10 PC.
I have not build a deployed TestStand package since we are running the test sequence in the same development PC,
just switching to a different user login. Works fine and able to complete a 1 hour test successfully but for only when either of these two
particular users are login in the PC. All other users, will fail to load the first vi module.
