Test Stand Activation not working

I can not activate Test Stand. Here is the text file I saved that shows the information in regards to the activation attempt. Someone please look into this and let me know what is going wrong.

1. To activate your product via the Web, go to ni.com/activate and follow the
   directions. All of the information you will need is listed above.
2. To activate your product via email, attach this file to an empty email with
   no subject line and send it to activate@ni.com. You will receive a return
   email containing your activation code within one business day of your
   request being sent, although typical response time is less than ten minutes.
3. To activate your product over the phone, contact a National Instruments
   Customer Service Representative. If you reside in the United States or
   Canada, please call (888) 280-7645. Otherwise, contact the nearest
   National Instruments branch office.

I have no idea why it could not be activated but it's really,really not very smart to publish your serial number in a public forum.

Hi Kevin,
I have your serial number and computer ID. It appears that there are indeed some conflicts with your serial number.
I will contact the people responsible for your license agreement and see what's going wrong.
 
I will contact you as soon as a I get more info Kevin.

Hi Kevin,

This would be handled better if you would call National Instruments.
Would you please create a new service request by visiting the Request Support page at: http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niae_asc.main

Please select TestStand as the Software Platform so that it may be directed to the correct group.
