While your screen shot doesn't show the Execute Menu pulled down, I think that's what you're referring too. This behavior you are seeing might be caused by the 'Entry Point Enabled' Expression. You can find this by opening the process model you're using, and from the All Sequences View, select the entry point Sequence Properties. From the Properties dialog, select the Model tab and examine what the 'Entry Point Enabled' expression is doing. See the attached screen shot of the NI Sequential Model settings for reference.
If that's not it, you'll need to provide more information on what is happening with you're settup.
