TestStand 3.1 doesn't launch sequence editor

TestStand doesn't launch sequence editor, it is not coming up with login screen.

Need a little bit more help.

Any there any errors generated. Is the TestStand Splash screen seen?

Thank you for the response, I could get TestStand to work by going in to repair option of TS3.1 in NI software of add remove programs.
