TestStand 4.0.1 and LabVIEW 7.0

when I try to configure the adapter for LV 7.0 the drop down shows the oldest version available is 7.1, does TS 4 work with LV 7.0?

LabVIEW 7.1.1 is the oldest supported version of LabVIEW for TestStand 4.0.
