TestStand Debug Deployment License Question

I am trying to install a TestStand base deployment license. The NI License Manager only gives me the option to Active Software. When I click on that it gives me a TestStand Licensing Wizard that is expecting a number in the format of XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. The number NI as the "License Number" doesn't fit that format nor does it have that many characters. 

Anyone know what magic is needed here?

That looks like it is looking for the Activation Code.  Start by going to the NI Activation web site.  After you fill in all of the proper information, you will get an activation code.  Put that code into the licensing wizard.
