TestStand Developer (CTD)

Hi ,

I am just thinking about going for the CTD exam, I have been using teststand just over 4 years and I want to become certified. Is there any benefits of being a CTD ?. I just downloaded the study guide, is there any other tips or tricks I need to know ?

Hi Dave,

The benefits of being a Certified Developer cannot be underestimated, especially in Teststand as there are few people within the industry with the qualification. From an employment point of view, a CTD qualification makes you stand out above other candidates as you have an industry recognised qualification. Certified developers are also advertised on our website so that a much wider audience base can be reached, and people looking for developers have a centre point for their research.
