TestStand crashing when creating report

I have a huge problem with my sequence editor. I'm using TestStand 4.0.1 and every single time I ran any kind of a sequence the sequence editior crashes at the end of the sequence. I have taken a snapshoot and I also saved the dump file that got stored in the NI temporary folder. I think it has something to do with my report generating itself and somehow it's getting corrupter or something like that. I have been stuck on this problem for two days and I really would appriciate any feedback.

You mentioned that this happens with all your sequences... Does it even happen with a really really simple sequence, say a sequence with one Message Popup step?
What happens if you run it from an Operator Interface?

Also, was TestStand working on this system previously and this is a new issue, or has it never worked on that system?

Finally, do you still get the error message if you disable reporting?
