TestStand deployment error - Duplicate File names points to .NET objects

While building on TSD, I'm getting error that there are duplicate names and it points to System.Drawing and other system object as in screenshot below.  Checking on the VIs, there are no duplicate VIs of same names.  Any ideas why this error could occur even if there are single instance of such objects?
