Teststand 4.1.1 type palettes

How do I revert to my original NI_Type.ini file?  I somehow corrupted it when I opend a sequence file from an old 2.0.1

Thanks

John

Have you tried doing a repair?

'Somehow' is that you chose to use the old step type definitions when you opened the file. You are given a prompt about this. You then save the NI_Types.ini file when you closed TestStand. You were probably given a prompt for this as well.

Repair is a function of the windows installer. Go to Add/Remove Programs and select 'Repair'.

John -

Could you clarify what you mean when you say you corrupted the NI_Types.ini file? Are you saying that you opened up an old sequence file, and unwantingly converted some of the types in the NI_Types.ini file to match the types in the old sequence file? Please let me know if this is the case, if you've lost the NI_Types.ini file entirely, or if you mean something else by the term corrupted.
