Teststand hangs while or after generating report on-the-fly

Hello,

I'm using a PXI-1010 system with a PXI-8186 controller with Teststand 3.1 and CVI 7.1. Teststand is running with the BatchModel with 6 TestSockets in Sequencial Batch Mode. I generate ASCII-Reports as well as Access-Database reports on-the-fly.
Now the problem: Sometimes the computer hangs while (or after?) report generation. Sometimes even the mouse freezes.
I experienced, that there are less hangs if report generation is disabled.

Has anybody an idea what could happen, or experience similar problems?

I think we need to narrow down the scope of the problem to be able to point out that is wrong.

I would like you to try out a few things.

1. Can you disable report generation and database logging and see if the system hangs
2. Can you disable report generation and see if the system hangs
3. Can you disable database logging and see if the system hangs
4. Can you also turn off on the fly reporting reporting and database logging and see if the system hangs.

That will help us narrow out the scope of the problem.
