Unable to find TestStand executable

We have NI Dev Suite 2003 CD Kit, Prof Edition. We assume that TestStand 3.0 is part of that distribution and we have not been able to find it after we install all the CDs.

Teststand is included in the Standard Test or Professional Test editions only. Note there are six versions of NI Dev Suite. You can look here for a comparison of the different versions....
