The first call to open a VI front panel from TESTSTAND shows the panel on top (it is setup as a modal dialog), but it is not the active window, forcing the user to left click on the VI before using the keyboard shortcuts that have been set up. All subsequent calls to VI's work as expected, i.e. they are both on top and the active window. What simple thing am I forgetting to do?
