Why I get an error when Teststand launches the report viewer ?

When I am logged on Windows2000 as an administrator, Teststand can launch the report viewer (HTML report, Teststand 3.1).
But when I am logged on Windows2000 as a standard user, I get an error when Teststand tries to launch the report viewer.

Can you help me to know how to enable this feature for all users ?

Hi,

I have a couple of questions about the above issue:

1. Are you trying to lauch the external viewer by clicking on the viewer button or are you using an api call.

2. Where does this occue the sequence editor or the operator interface.
