Hi Andrew,
Could you have a look under NI License Manager for me (All Programs > National Instruments) and see if TestStand shows as being activated or not. From here you should be able to right click on TestStand and select Activate in order to enter your activation code. If this doesn't work for you please include a screenshot of your License Manager program.

Hi Andy,
Ok this implies that TestStand hasn't installed its dummy or correct license file to your system, and because of this you are unable to see it in NI License manager. I would recommend either doing a reinstall/repair of teststand or getting in touch with NIUK Tech Support on 01635 523545 and talking to someone in technical support, request them to generate you an expiring license file so that we can be sure teststand gets up and running ok. Once we are sure of this we can then install TestStand onto a machine and send you the dummy license file which will hopefully solve your issues.

It is possible that the evaluation license files were not installed correctly if TestStand is now appearing in NI License Manager (NILM). If this is the case, you can download the evaluation license files. Follow the instructions to install the license files and you should see them in NILM.
