basic data logging information

Hello,

I would like to setup a data acquisition system consisting of cFP-2020 module and the cFP-SG-140 module with connector block.

My software:

Labview 7.1 Developer Suite

Diadem 9.1 Advanced Edition

I planed to run the data logger on the cFP-2020 module. The data should be saved to the Compact Flash card of the cFP-2020 module.

I would like to record the signals of the 5 load cells plugged to the connector block.

I also want to access the 2020 module via internet explorer so the test engineers can see the signals during the test.

My questions:

1. How can I run a server on the 2020 module? Can I implement a front panel on this server, so I can start/configure datalogging via internet explorer?

2. Does anybody have training documentation how to write a datalogger for the module cFP-2020

for datalogging there are examples shipped with labview, which should give you a starting point. (help -> find examples and type "datalogging" in the search field).
